Pastor Elizabeth Siplin
Elizabeth V. Siplin is an entrepreneur, retired Army Sergeant Major of 27 years of active-duty service, author, and motivational speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of Empact Solutions LLC., a consulting firm that specializes in Organizational Management and Professional Development in local, state, and federal arenas. She serves as the Senior Pastor for New Faith Free Methodist Church.
She is the Founder of Second Chance Empowerment Foundation which works with families affected by trauma and family violence. Her foundation was awarded the Excellence in Federal Government Award for volunteer service to the community of El Paso, Tx.Â
Elizabeth is on the Board of Directors for several organizations including Pinellas CareerSource, former NAACP Executive Board Committee Advisor, and AEDI Foundation. Elizabeth has an MBA in Business and Sports Management from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University.Â
Before making the transition from the military, Elizabeth served as the Director of Emergency Services Sergeant Major. Some of her military training and schools include Drill Sergeant, Battle Staff Instructor, Repel Master, Air Assault, Special Reaction Team I & II (S.W.A.T/ Sniper/ Marksmen Observer Course), and United States Sergeant Major Academy. Elizabeth has deployed as a Military Police in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and was assigned to Germany, Japan, Kuwait, and various other locations throughout the United States.Â
Her awards and decorations include: Legion of Merit Award, Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (6th Award), Army Commendation Medal (2nd Award), Army Achievement Medal (3rd Award), Good Conduct Medal (7th Award), National Defense Service Medal (Bronze Star), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 4), Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon (Numeral 4), Army Superior Unit Award, Drill Sergeant Badge, Drivers Badge, Air Assault Badge and the German Marksmanship Badge (Schutzebschur- Bronze), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal and the Federal Executive Association of El Paso Excellence in Public Service Award.
Elizabeth Siplin has a 25-year-old daughter, Jaihde Williams, who is graduate of The College of William and Mary with a B.S. degree in Chemistry. And is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Liberty University in the field of Molecular Medicine.
