Rev. Linda McLeod

President, Interfaith Tampa Bay

Rev. Linda McLeod is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founding Minister for Unity On The Path Retreat Ministry, a ministry created to help others learn and live a spiritual holistic life.


Rev. Linda McLeod serves as the Unity Of Midtown, St. Petersburg, Florida in Saint Petersburg, Florida USA, Administrator and Pastoral Care Minister. She graduated from Unity Urban Ministerial School, Detroit Michigan in June of 2018 and was ordained as a Unity Worldwide Ministries minister in June 2019. Rev. Linda served as an associate minister at Unity of Palm Harbor, Palm Harbor, Florida for 18 months.


Rev. Linda is the President of Interfaith Tampa Bay.  She has been a member of Interfaith Tampa Bay for over 10 years and has served as Vice-President, Secretary, and Chaplain. She serves as the President of the Suncoast Unity Ministers Association of Central Florida and previously served as vice president and secretary. She is Treasurer for the People of African Descent New Thought Group (PADNTG), Inc. She serves on the Leadership Recruitment and Development Team (LRDT) for Unity Worldwide Ministries. 


Linda was a member of First Unity Spiritual Campus for over 25 years. She served as a Minister in Training, Chaplain for 12 years and Coordinator for 6 years, Youth Ministry Sunday School teacher for 20 years, Youth Ministry Director for 2 years, and Board member for 2 years. 


She graduated from Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Alabama USA, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. She worked for Honeywell, Inc for 35 years, retiring in January 2017. Linda was the founder and facilitator of the Honeywell Black Employee Network. She was an active member of the Honeywell Diversity Council. She was a team member of The Youth Engineering Society of Pinellas County (YES). She was co-founder of Youth Utilizing Concepts in Science (YUCS) , a summer program that introduced middle school students to math, science, and engineering concepts.


She has a daughter Linette McLeod who grew up in Unity.


Linda has been involved in church and community her entire life and loves serving in any role. Her motto is: “Here I am Lord, Use me.”
